Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate your reply, but it’s not Win 10 Pro I’m concerned about. It is activated. I want to go back to Win 10 Home that came on my Surface because Win 10 Pro does not support some of the Surface hardware. I wasn’t aware of that problem when I installed Pro.

However, the link in the email receipt said it was for Home. However, after I followed the link and did the install, it put Windows 10 Enterprise on my Surface. I have activation keys for both Pro and Home but not Enterprise.

That doesn’t matter though, because I want Home on my Surface. I just need to know how to get the install file for Home. I’m sorry Greg. Maybe I didn’t understand the directions. I thought it was a way to activate Win 10 Pro. I have Pro and it is activated. Home came on my Surface and when trying to get back to Home, it installed Enterprise.
